We have received an update from TAI in an effort to broadly communicate resolution for the issues beginning on June 23rd we are sharing the details of this update. ---------------------- We wanted to update you on the overall status of a recent behavior change preventing shipment information from transferring from Tai to the Triumph Pay Audit portal. Our development team has finished all items relevant to address and fix this issue. Behavior to send shipment information over to TriumphPay Audit has been fully restored. Users can trigger shipment updates by moving shipments to the In Transit or Delivered status as desired. This will send shipment information over to the TriumphPay Audit portal for processing on their portal, as was the normal process prior. Our bulk operations section within the shipment search or company loadboard pages makes this process easier by allowing comma-separated lists in the Shipment ID field to select specific shipments to update in bulk at once. Simply add your comma-separated list > Click Search > Select All Shipments > Select the “Update Status” button, and toggle the desired status. Shipments affected were those that were modified after 7pm PT on June 23rd up until 7pm PT on June 30th. Any shipments currently In Transit should see updates flow over to TriumphPay Audit as further updates are made or the shipment is set to the Delivered status.
